The breakfast had a wide choice with good quality.
I booked spa treatments for my family, and my friend had an issue. She had no hot stones involved in her shoulder massage, despite being asked if she had the hot stone treatment before. I got a ÂŁ10 refund, but she did not receive the booked massage.

The location near London proved so convenient for a quick getaway. I found our junior suite to be spacious. The bed was HUGE and comfortable. The towels felt soft. I also appreciated the recently built spa..
The room had a connecting door. Doors throughout the hotel banged often. It made sleep difficult. The noise from other guests affected the experience too. I did not expect that.

parking messroom noise
I'm just back from a night. honestly, i was expecting more. the parking was a mess. I had to lug my bags ages. the room, a corner suite access to the club at cottonmill spa, had weird noises all night. i could hear everything, toilets, water pipes, you name it. it really messed with my sleep. next time, i'll bring earplugs, or just stay somewhere quieter!
